Our helper has made a claim for severance payment,we fired her due to misconduct and other critical issues.Are we still entitled to pay her that sum? she has worked with us for 4 years and this was her 3rd contract for which she worked only 3 months(on 3rd contract) before we fired her.
How do we go about all this?
