Hello,

What do employers have to give to their helper when their contract is finished and not renewed ?

plane ticket back home ? what else ?

do we have to inform anyone at immigration ?

The plane ticket back home, any pay for annual leave that they haven't taken. It wouldn't hurt to send a letter to immigration saying you are not renewing the contract.

put everything in writing, including a formal letter saying that you are not renewing her contract and that she acknowledges it.

better to be safe from helpers who make up stories on why their contract was not renewed
