I'm looking for legal advice regarding my rights/obligations as employer.

Other specific information can be obtained throught the Labour Dept. call their hotline.

Specific information regarding a particular set of problems regarding the contract will be handled by Labour. They do not go to court, but they also will not act as judge and jury, but will refer to small claims if necessary.

Thank you. Had a first discussion with the government departments, but was looking to get the views of a lawyer (who'd look at it from my perspective).
