Helper for HK and Taiwan Wanted - Urgent

My wife lives in Taiwan and is about to give birth to a second child. It is impossible for us to hire a foreign maid as we don't meet the legal requirement. Taiwan Local helpers are so expensive and above all don't want to live in our house.

I am working in HK. We are thinking to hire a maid here in HK and move here to Taiwan from November for up to 10 months. Once the second child bigger, our family will move back in HK and this helper will still work for us in HK.

Can anyone tell me how I can make this happening?

I am mostly concerned about the helper passport getting into Taiwan

Do appreciate your advice.

We don't fit Taiwan requirement to enable us to hire a foreign helper legally. Illegally, we might pay up to NT$700,000 if caught paying for a foreign helper with proper employment contract approved by Taiwan Labour Department. That's what i have been told.

I guess the only way is to hire a foreign helper who has legal means of stay in Taiwan has no job but accept this kind of job... but this is dreaming i guess
