What is the procedure if we are leaving Hong Kong to end my helpers contract?

We have been more than happy with her.

Ps we are leaving for good and we don't need her in the country we are moving to.

You need to give her one month's notice or payment in lieu (if you want her to leave immediately - which doesn't appear to be the case - or are leaving within the month) plus all other entitlements. And you need to inform the Immigration Dept within 7 days of the effective date. the following links might be helpful:

You'll have a better chance of GEES reading your post if you send a personal message via the control panel.
