Mac has a good point. Why not take her to one you know and trust. Or ask people at work or your spouses work for a good GP.
jbebeb, you can't compare flights and comfort with health. Where health is concerned, you always want the best!

Why not take her to the nearest A & E hospital. they might then direct you to a clinic. I go to a public clinic, 37 $ a consultation, and have been very well looked after for the past 11 years! Go to an evening session ( 6.45pm/9/30pm) and you won't have to wait more than 15 mns ( compares to the 3 hours wait sometimes in the am)
