if your helper renewed her contract you are required to pay her ticket because you are liable to pay a ticket for helper back home after she finish contract, and also buy her a ticket to come back, so meaning you have to buy her a return ticket.
For vacation, what I know is half-half, but well again that depends on the employer....if you think she is worth it then why not pay her ticket and a paid vacation, because normally you are required to give her 7 days in a year as an annual leave.

As the employer you are required to pay one return ticket per contract, i.e. one to come to hk, one to return home afterwards. Any annual leave taken in between is legally down to the employee to pay.
