what ganna happen if you break your contrabt with the employer will you pay and go back to your point of origin

would you stay for an employer who dont even have considerations and not follow enployment ordinance of hk.why would anyone breach a contract if their employers are good to helpers.my employer did ajread withheld my passport without my approval.
