Has anyone had any experience with obtaining a B1 visa for a DH when moving back to the US permanently?
I know on the embassy website it states that this is not possible, but I have heard of families taking their DHs back for a few months to help settle back in and then coming back to HK?
I heard that a strong supporting letter suffices.
Any other experiences?

i have tried this for my DH but two tines they denied her... am fed up with their regulations.
