About the scholarship program
Pacific Prime strongly believes that education is a right that should be available to people from all walks of life. To stand by their belief, the insurance brokerage and employee benefits specialist designed a scholarship program to alleviate some education costs for one exceptional applicant. High school and undergraduate students studying anywhere in the world can apply for the chance to win a USD $1,000 bursary.
How can I participate?
To be considered, you must submit an article on the topic: the importance of good mental health in academia. Your essay should reflect your ideas and thoughts, as well as external references as needed, in 600 to 1,000 words. What’s more, you can write the essay in either American or British English as it’s a global competition.
It’s important to note that the winning essay will be published on Pacific Prime’s website. This means that any plagiarism is unacceptable and will automatically result in disqualification. Pacific Prime encourages applicants to be as creative and informative as they want.
Who is eligible?
High school and undergraduate students of all ages and nationalities can apply for Pacific Prime’s Scholarship Program. However, you must be:
● Currently enrolled (either full- or part-time)
● Accepted to a high school, university, community college, trade school, or private educational institution for the upcoming semester
Additionally, you will have to show proof of enrollment if you are awarded the scholarship.
When is the deadline?
The due date for 2022 scholarship applications is September 30th, 2022, without exception. The winner will be announced on November 1st, 2022, and they will be presented with the award either at our closest Pacific Prime office or by mail if they cannot collect it in person. Another recipient will be selected if the bursary has not been claimed within 30 days.
