One of our staff was stranded in Manila.
She ended up flying to KL then onwards to Hong Kong. She mentioned that the Philippines government was considering exemptions for those who work and live in Hong Kong but who knows when that will happen.
This is not a very well thought through policy as it is massively inconveniencing those whose life is in Hong Kong.
