Pricerie Leather Sofa poor quality - Consumer Advice

Hi,I bought a leather sofa in April last year. Recently holes have started to appear on the leather surface and the surface is also coming off where it rubs. Obviously, this is shoddy quality. I contacted the retailer's Customer Service about this and they told me they did not guarantee the leather and basically were completely uninterested. I then contacted the factory Violino (in Shenzhen) who told me they no longer serviced HK. Dodgy. Obviously there is something going on. Equally, the factory was not interested in this problem.I have turned to the HK consumer rights department, but would like to consider my other recourses. While the sofa wasn't the most expensive in the world (about HKD6k), the holes are spreading and it looks really shabby. Any advice would be warmly welcomed.Thanks
