Hi,
do any of you happen to have a copy of Pleasure Vessel Operator's Handbook to sell? The thing is I can't find the book in any of the bookstores and the HKSF only gives you the book if you take the course, which I can't because of my work schedule.
The Central library has two copies, one that's only to be read at the library and the other one that has a couple of reservations on it.

Try the shipshop at Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club in Causewaybay.
btw, there are other courses besides HKSF, for example cyclone runner or a and m also provide courses.
