Star Cruises - One night cruise

Yes I tried twice. Once on the Star Pisces and once on a smaller one close to the Old Kai Tak AIrport.


Star Pisces: If you go with friends, yes you can have fun.

If you go for a romantic evening, maybe not. Food is terrible (except if you go to the captain restaurant but you need to stay in a junior suite I think). By the way, bring your own wine if you want to drink sthg nice (they might charge you or you just buy the cheapest bt and open yours. That is what I did as the corkage was more expensive than the house bt !)


Schedule not very good as it leaves at 6PM and come back a 8 AM so less than 12 hours ! It does not give you time to enjoy the Pool (if it works).


Shows are very basic, Bars are empty as most of the customers are downstairs at the casino.


Rooms. Depends what you take but in any case do not take the cheapest one as they have no window and are very small.


Anyway, i think it is a must try in HK but will not say it is the best night I had !

Just onboard weeks ago again, this was the second time, feeling the food improved, got more italian fusion. But resonable price, worth a try :-)
