If you're looking for Indian vege, the 2 I would recommend are Woodlands and Brantos, both in TST. There's also Khana Khazana in Wan Chai, but I've not been there yet.

Thanks.

Veggie is nice. Buffet style for dinner would be easier to cater everyone as some are not vegetarian in the group , so as the location being HKG island. Would bear in mind your suggestion above though. Thank, pocoyo.

There is a great place on Hankow Rd in TST called Indian Palace. It does a great veg buffet lunch, and the Masala Dosa's are the best!

Gunga dins is a fantastic curry.....TOP TIP, ask Gunga to order for you, he knows what is in the kitchen and will pick the choicest dishes and he will not over order......He also sells Cobra Beer!!

I was in Gungadins last week for dinner. The place has been newly refurbished and the food remains as good as ever and reasonably priced .My guest was veggie and there was a great selection for her.

Does not do a buffet at lunchtime , but does have a set menu which is great value and lets you have as much as you can eat!

Hi I have been to Khana Kazana twice and its a nice place. Also recommend Tandoor which is more upscale but high quality and tasty food.

Tandoor and Kohinoor both have nice buffets for lunch and dinner.

Khana Khazana is absolutely my favorite for pure veg. Same owners as Branto, but without the feel of sitting in a rat infested hole. The masala dosas are superb.
