I have just changed my a/c over to their new version and cannot access my emails. Earlier in the day I got as far as being able to see my mailbox and that there were messages but couldn't open anything. Now I can't even get to the log-in page. Anyone else had the same problem?

I know nothing specific about hotmail, but if you are sometimes able to see your mailbox, and other times not, my first guess would be that there is a problem either with your ISP or with hotmail - recently I was unable to download my e-mail for a day or so (but could see it via webmail) and then the problem disappeared. Undoubtedly there could be more serious issues.
