consult a dermatologist who specializes in hair loss

Does anyone know of a dermatologist on HK Island who specializes in hair loss of women?

Afraid not, and I'm in the same boat as you :(


Been trying to find someone for three + years and have had consultations with various top dermos here, costing $$$. But not one of them has been prepared to do a scalp skin analysis, which is what I believe I need because the usual suspects are not the culprits in my case . (My hormonal levels are normal, I am not stressed and I have a good diet and am not suffering from any other conditions that could lead to hair loss. Due to liver issue, minoxidil (brand name Rogaine) or finasteride (brand name Propecia) are not suitable, but that is all they offer as a last resort.


If anyone has found a good dermatologist/trichologist in HK since the last lots of posts on this subject (in Medical and Women Only) then please would you let us know of him or her? Would be much appreciated!
