Is there a website or company that can give a "Vehicle Identification Number" check when buying a used car. I am wary of all used cars wherever i am so would like the assurance.

i just want to know about previous owners, if the car has ever been stolen, if it has been re-posesed, or ian insurance write off etc.

im using my phone so thats more than likely the issue... try again at home as work computer doesn't work either.
