I want to get a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust in Hong Kong. Checked the official retail store, and was quoted the price of HKD 53000 and a 10% discount on top of that. Anyone knows of any other reputable stores with a bigger discount? Thanks! Does anyone know whether Rolexes are cheaper in the U.S.?

Sorry to piggy-back but same question for an Omega: anyone know of a reputable store(s) with greater than official dealer's max 10% discount?
Also, anyone know the best % discount available? Years ago I thought it was 30-32% (which worked for me and a friend), but not sure these days (though online seems to still be around 30%).

most shops can do up to 40% from the dealer price for most watches.
I always go to a shop in Habour City (forgot if it is 1/f or 2/f), but it is the small watch shop next to Elegant Watches.

Go to any of the large Chinese jewelers like Chow Sang Sang, Chow Tai Fook and etc (they are very secure, have been around for a long long time and the locals use them). Like Diego says these will offer big discounts over the recommended retail prices (just the norm).
Different stores will offer different discounts so best to shop around before investing.
