If you are having trouble booking the Sands, Aurora at The Crown Hotel also has a Champagne Brunch which is also highly rated, food is French though. But I suppose you will have the same problems as you are having with The Sands.

Have been to both Sands & The Crown. The Crown wins hands down, the venue is beautiful and the service fantastic. And unlike other Champagne brunches I have been to you don't have to ask to have your champagne glass refilled the wait staff keep your flute topped up very nicely!

I have also heard the MGM do a fabulous Sunday brunch.

Reserve well in advance these restaurants get booked quickly.
