Does anyone know where I can buy the pancakes you get when you have peking duck at a restaurant? I tried the fresh noodle shop in the Central wet markets and they don't have them, nor can they tell me where to buy. I know some ppl say use "gow zee" pastry as a substitute, but it's so different and not as good.

We normally buy our frozen in our local DCH. I have seen these available in P'n'S and Wellcome as well, but gain that's local to us.

I've tried buying them but everything I found was either too oily or too chewy. i've started making my own (they freeze well) and are incredibly easy. let me know if you want me to dig out my recipe but am sure you'd find one easy enough.
