Does anyone can recommend where and how to sell used electronics such as Cameras. These items are replaced by new technology very fast and the previous ones are still in very good working condition. Any ideas !!! :)

Asiaxpat has a well visited classifieds section.


However as you say the technology is replaced very fast so most old (4 years +) electronics are next to worthless. Recycling/trashing is often the best option.

Try review33.com. Mostly a hi-fi forum, but I see camera stuff from time to time.

"Trouble with Electronics is that it is so costly to repair that i am always wary about buying used ones on this site. What if it's been dropped into the loo or the bath ? Or just dropped but will fall apart after transaction ? I won't risk the frustration and time which is more precious, to handle a broken-but-now-newly-purchased-camera."


That's why they're cheap or free. I do agree though that one needs to consider the extra time. A brand new item with warranty will on average give fewer hassles.

I sold a broken int amp here for $100. I made it clear upfront that the equip is broken but that it can be easily fixed. I just did not have time to do it. So the classified ads here do work.
