My friends are considering having a very small wedding in HK. Maybe only them, maybe 4-8 guests. I would like suggestions for romantic venues.

Thank you!

depends on what you deem romantic really...

do you like the sea? sunsets?

being on the roof top of a very very high building could also be deemed as romantic.

or hire a junk

or go to one of the islands

disneyland? ocean park?

did you want a venue for the ceremony or for the reception?

Unfortunately I'm not sure either. ;) I guess:

- NOT Disney/Ocean Park.

- Top of high building.

- Top of some mountain.

- Beach.

lawn on in front of the Terrace restaurant in Repulse bay seems popular... but then again, a bit public, for such a small wedding... Top of the building, hmm - Sevva has quite amazing terrace on top of Prince's building - am sure they could do something for your friends?

I am well familiar with the lawn and I agree it is lovely. Unfortunately The Repulse Bay requires at least 100 guests.

Thanks for tip on Prince's Building. I'll check it out.

One idea would be to hike up one of The Twins and do it at the top. The view is astounding.

the lawn in repulse bay is beautiful however do consider that it is near the road so you would get all the car emissions and the noise from the vehicles passing by.

for terraces, try the fringe terrace or the one at sun hung kai (viceroy etc)

While we are on this, does anyone have a civil celebrant they can recommend?
