Does anyone know somewhere in Hong Kong that sells western hair dye (i.e. light brown or blonde shades)? i seem to remember that most branches of watsons used to have a fairly good selection years ago but i haven't seen any recently.

Fanda have some washable-out and semi-permanent colours that are not usually available in other pharmacies, but I'm not sure if they have light shades. Might be worth a look, though.
