Are you talking European size 51? You will struggle badly to find anything here. 45 seems to be the exception rather than the rule already. On Johnston Road (Wanchai) a few shops sell bigger sizes, but only limited stock and mostly sportsshoes and "street wear". You may want to consider tailor-made shoes.

These guys do custom shoes and they're pretty good. Any size, any leather, any style. You'll have to go inside Mirador Arcade. Right by the D exit of TST MTR station.

Prices depend very much on material. "Normal" cow leather is 500 and up. More exotic materials like ostrich or lizard are 2k or more for a pair. I would say the prices compare favorably with Church's.
