Where to buy golf club clones

I'd like to buy a cheap set of (probably new) golf clubs and thought a set of golf club clones or original component design(OCD?) clubs would be sensible - I'm a high handicapper and a cheapskate. Anybody know of a good store for such in HK (Central/Admiralty/TST)? Ideally, they'd have a golf net that I could practice on.

I was told by one golf shop that you can't get clones in HK, which I find difficult to believe. Ended up buying high end branded clubs! So, not such a cheapskate after all. But I'm still a rubbish player.

Way too late - I am now the proud owner of some fancy Taylormade clubs! Prognosis after my first go at the driving range....I've not improved. But not the clubs' fault. Lessons in HK are very expensive so I'll book some up in Bali for a weeks time. US$22 for one hour of private lessons with the local pro. Average is more like US$100 in HK.

Golf is like anything else you pay for what you get. You could have bought a second hand set from the classified ads on this forum

I've bought second-hand clubs in the past but the was in the UK and in simpler times. My small amount of research on clubs this time round indicated that there are stacks of knock-offs around, many being punted second hand and so I decided to buy new and from a decent sized shop this side of the border. I'm a strong believer in 'you get what you pay for' but I still want the genuine article.
