Am in HK next month and wondering if anyone knows of any short cooking courses of different cousines for people wanting to have a bit of fun.

I hold cooking classes at the YWCA on Garden Road and at the Hong Kong Electric Centre and offer private classes too.

Check www.esmdywca.org.hk and contact me through them.

I teach bread baking, cakes, Pakistani/Indian dishes and much more.

I have 3 classes coming up in December 1, 4, 11, ...delicious ones...Beer Chicken, Spinach and Fresh cheese and Chicken curry and date chutney.

For my cooking class, i go in Green Mouse restaurant, Food is great, teacher is funy, but i don't know if there are cooking class in december! The chef do also private cooking class, the price is bagain for the prestation he offert.. look at www.greenmousehk.com, Sophie
