Affordable yogurt without sugar

Searched all over Hong Kong. Like to take Yogurt to work every day.


There is one Greek Style Yogurt from Australia I like which has honey in it but is $34 in Taste. Every other yogurt has sugar or some form of sugar added to it.


I read labels on every yogurt in every store I could find. Nothing is available for under $30. Thats a bit much for 150 ml yogurt.


I have tried buying big tub of Greek Yogurt and added honey but it seems to sour within 3 days. I prefer the smaller containers.


Seen anything worth mentioning?

why not buy your big tub and add fresh fruits on a daily basis in a smaller bottle to as much yoghurt you like

there will be absolutely no sugar that way

I used to take in a glass bottle many available in 10$ shops

Thanks 4G. You're right. 1. Its more environmentally friendly to make my own.

2. I can make what i like. 3. Its more economical.


I just prepare my lunch before I go to bed. Dont like to do it in morning. I get up very early.


I ventured back to Olivers in Central today and found two new brands at low prices. I am trying a Dannon Light & Fit which has less sugar and only about $15. Then there was a whole shel full of Mullers which was about $10. Has some sugar but according to label its less. If these dont pan out I will get back to do it yourself yougurt.
