Don't know about the Macau Terminal per se but Rumsey Street Car Park, which is adjacent, is $200 per 24 hour period, $140 on Sundays and PH. See here: http://mackcarpark.com.hk/eng/carpark_info.php?id=20

It's bit tricky to find the car park entrance the first time. Drive to the Macau Terminal. Once it is time to drive in under the terminal building, take the left entrance. About half way down the building, turn right following the sign towards "Connaught Road", then immediately turn left towards "Rumsey Street Car Park".

Fair enough. However if you park on the first floor you can walk to the walkway at the eastern end and then right into the Macau Terminal without changing levels or crossing streets.

With some googling I figured out that parking in the Macau Terminal is $25/hour. No info on daily rates. Then again at $1800 for three days you might as well get a van service to drive you back and forth.
