I am looking for a good pediatrician for my 7month old baby.
I have been going for her checkups & vaccination publicly till now.But want to have a private Doctor also.

We use Repulse Bay Medical Practice and have since our youngest was about 6 months (that's when we arrived).
Dr. Thondup there is a specialized pediatrician but as the kids were older we migrated to Dr. Kennelly (she's our family doctor and has a great manner with kids). Dr. Thondup still gets consulted for the more specialized peds stuff. Anyway a great practice with a great staff.

I use Dr. Simon Wong in Causeway Bay. He's go a small practice and he doesn't rush you and offers practical advice. Out of all the peds we've come across with our kids, we really like Dr. Wong.

Hello. Yes we would also recommend Dr Thondup. As well as Repulse Bay, he sees patients in a Central clinic (in Hutchinson House) called Veritas Medical Practice. He is excellent, with such a great manner with kids. I am always amazed when he gives my toddler his vaccinations he does it in such a way there are no tears! For my second child, Dr Thondup was present in my labour due to complications so I can also vouch for him in an emergency situation, very calm and professional. I have had to contact him from overseas in an emergency too and again he was excellent.

I would recommend Yvonne Ou who is at Central Health Medical Practice in Duddell Street in Central. She is very good with the children and a very practical woman who was the paediatrician for the delivery of my son via emergency c-section.
