How can Dependant of a Student work in HK?

Hello,

Please I need your advice. I am a dependant of a student studying for a PhD but on my visa it was stated that I can not work unless I seek a prior approval from the Director of Immigration.

The question is how can I apply for permission to work from the director of Immigration?
