I am a UK expat married to a local Chinese. We have a 15 month old daughter. I have permanent HK residency. My daughter has both HK and UK residency. She has a UK passport with the ROA sticker from HK She has the first part of the China Permit (Wooi Gong Jing) but now we need to apply for the full return permit.(Wooi heung jing) She does not hold a HK passport. Is it compulsory to hold a HK passport for this application?
