We r a family of 3, with the kid going to P1 GSIS in Pok Fu Lam in Aug 2013. Now we need to move somewhere closer to his school, better with travel time within 30 minutes.
South side of HK island is my favorite but my husband needs to commute between Shenzhen huanggang and HK everyday and we need to assure his commute time (single trip) no longer than 1.5 hours, otherwise it would be tiring for him.
More importantly, we are looking for somewhere with good air quality – as the kid has light respiratory problem?
Oh ya budget – around HKD 30000
Who could please advise?

West Kowloon - quick tunnel bus to the GSIS and hubby can connect to TST ferries and Hung Hom trains.
Austin Road might be better for hubby and a bit longer to GSIS

My son will go to GSIS as well. We are planning to move to west kln in order to save the travelling time.
