i cac tell u how to make wheat grass juice without add any thing .take the 100gm wheat grass and some water grind in the mixie ,squeeze the juice with the help of muslin cloth ,juice is ready to drink ,one important thing the should be drink immidietly,
note-before givint to a pregnant woman consult the doctor

so easy to grow wheat grass.
soak normal wheat 200g in water for over night,
drain water and sow in soil ( use any container of about 1 feet diametre ). When wheat plant grow about 2 inch then crush it in manual juicer. drain the juice with fine cloth. early morning dinking of half cup is more then enough.
its very effective for people suffering from cancer .
