landlord and notice

Hi, I have been renting flat for 7 years with good relationship, in march this year landord give indication she might not renew now contract. current contract will expire on july 15 2012. in june she came to place to change the main door i asked her again that is decision, she said not sure, now she send email in july says i have till 15th august to find new place. she need this office for her own use. i could not search for new office and trying very hard i have told her this also she said my give premises back to her on 15th august. she is not willing to listen. i want to ask can she force me out of office how long that procedure will take, even she go to court or use other method. how much time do i have in appoximate in worst case?

Your contract has expired. You must leave.

if she try to force you out then it is a long procedure,

but dont try that route

try to find another apartment asap
