I have the sennheiser px 250. About $120 us, but they are great for listening to music on the plane. They provide about 10-15 db of noise cancelltion.

But my favorite is the challenger isolation ear phones. They are custom molded to my ear and provide about 25 db of isolation. They are pretty comforatable also.

One more thing I like about the sennheiser.. they are foldable and much smaller than the bose ones. Performance is not as good since the ear cups are not as good, but the small size makes up for it, imho.

Try Wanchai Computer Centre, the one just off the exit of MTR. Great stuff but too pricey! Could only drool as the latest one cost about $1200, but the quality was excellent!

Just reviewed all the above. I am using Sennheiser and they are great in terms of weight, price, performance and price. About Euro 75.-

Forget Bose, it can't really last that long. If you want to buy B&O, you're only buying the design. If you really want to get pro stuff I'd recommend Sennheiser HD280Pro is worth to buy, great sound, durable as well as affordable. It provides more than isolation, can use 1/4 or 1/8'' jacks.

Shure E3 is a very good choice as well if you want something real light and a serious headphones at the same time.

AKG K271 is just another classic, it has deeper bass, improved mids and highs, frequencies range from 16 - 21 kHz, impedance of 55ohms. A bit more pricy - US$247. All products above are ear monitors which means they're good from personal use to the A/Bing with your monitors.
