Try Apliu St in Sham Shui Po.

Lots of shops that stock this kind of stuff. Make sure to get a good quality one though, as there are lots of "Basic" ones on the market. Sometimes these ones will be unstable.

Just read the transformer specifications or the lable on it - some are only equipped to handle low-voltage appliances like shavers, others higher like yours.

If it is something like a hari-dryer, just get a new one.
