yes crest strips are excellent! but dont put them on for too long as your teeth can get very sore(I found out the hard way!. I put mine on before I have a shower, by the time I get out and changed etc I just pull off the strips and they are whitened, I also use crest sensitive tooth paste which stops your teeth being sensitive.

It really depends on your own colour of your teeth as well. The crest strips were recommended by our dentist as well as a 'cheaper' version for whitening. My husband tried that but I did not see much difference before and after.
