I just saw one in the window of a vitamin / health food shop on Lyndhurst Terrace (Not American Nutrician, a newer shop on the other side of the street) a few doors down from Cafe Siam. They had a Pilates Ring and other Pilates and Yoga things in the window.
If that is not what you are looking for, I agree with above, see where Isofit says to buy one...
