Does anyone know where I can find good quality tableclothes? I'm looking for ones in solid colors or stripes are can cover larger tables (6 to 8 seats)

Yes I've looked there but their selection is a bit out of my price range. I don't need luxury end tablecloths...Just ones that are sturdy yet colorful

You can get pretty good selection at Stanley Market. It's in my price range anyway!! :-)

I'm looking for a place that sells nice white tablecloths too. Is there anywhere in central that I might find them?
There is a fabulous place in the road Glenealy - that connects Albany Road to Wyndham Street, before you get down to the Lan Kwai Fong area. As you go down on the left hand side, it is a Chinese owned place - there is a small display outside the shop.
Once you go inside, you find it is a real Aladdin's Cave of tablecloths, stacked floor to ceiling! They have all qualities and sizes - from "heavy duty" everyday cloths to antique hand sown ones (which they try to sell you first!!).
The people who run the shop are very friendly and very helpful and will take the time to search out what you want. I have bought several tablecloths from them over the years and the prices are very reasonable.
Many come with matching napkins which is also nice.
I am confident you can find what you are looking for there.
