Habibi is quite good, better than Beirut, IMHO. Olives is solid, creative, upscale. Try on Monday nights when they have their 2for1 deals.

kasbah has too little servings and is way to expensive for what they serve, also the service is not that great.

habibis is much better.

medina, the bar on top of kasbah, however is very nice

I second halfedge on Kasbah, had I horrible experience there and will never go back.

Habibi however is excellent, love it there and have never been disappointed.

Thanks lace. Some restaurants in HK try to get away with serving mediocre food at horrendous prices with grumpy waiters, because they do not think their audience would be mature enough to realize. kasbah is one of them.

If you just want the middle east feeling, not a big restaurant, get a doner or some falafel on the street. There is a good Lebanese place opposite mes amis, in wanchai.

You can hardly call Ebe**** Lebanese! There is nothing Lebanese about it other than the word Kebab! It's damn good, but let's not claim its Lebanese!
