Can anyone recommend some good shops in Macau for buying Chinese antique furniture? I am looking for ones that offer good deals. Can they also make replicas?

What a pity that no one replies. It is ironic that we bought most of our furniture in Macau but I cant remember their shop names. But you can just go to that particular furniture street and have a look around and choose one you feel comfortable with. I will not go into those shops where they put filipino maids in the front just to attract gweilos. I feel funny about them. Yes, they do make replicas. Good luck.

My replica chinese antique tv cabinet costed me 4500 but that was about 5 years ago.

not sure how it compares price wise but i just had a quote from touchwood furniture in hong kong for an elm wood king size opium bed for 5,600 including delivery. go to a-z here on this site under furniture.

There is a lady who organize furniture shopping tour in Zong shang. She also has a shop on Macau.
I recommend you to join a tour, even if you don't buy, it is very interesting.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. Just came back from Macau and ordered a TV cabinet, large shoe cabinet, and altar table for $8500, including the delivery to our door. I think it's a pretty good deal compared to if I purchased in Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, I was quoted $5000 to $6000 just for the TV cabinet.
