Anyone out there know of a personal trainer that is willing to come to my apartment to train or help me with my workout. Need motivtion.

Check out the listing under Hong Kong A-Z for Personal Trainers. Ross Eathorne is supposed to be great but don't have his contact info, although another post recently had it so maybe do a search for other similar postings.

Ross Eathorne is from Bodyactive and is probably one of the most qualified trainers here. Contact on ross@bodyactive.net. Have trained with him and he gets results, but you must be comitted. He does a full assessment before starting which I've not seen or heard anyone doing here before. He's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Trains at a studio in Centrium and a couple of other places I think

Have you tried Jimmy? He is a UK trained instructor and has recently started working in Sai Kung. He does group fitness (Get fit / stay fit) and individual workouts on the TXR. I'm sure he will do home visits if you have space. You might want to givehim a call on 5180 8806
