furnished short term sublet?

We are going away for couple months during the summer. Does any one know if there's an easy way to sublet our furnished apartment while we are gone? Is it popular for people to do this here in HK? I know there are a lot of serviced apartment out there so I wonder if it is worth trying. If so, where do I post and is there any agent can help us dealing with this?
