I need to order a flourless cake for a birthday party. Can anyone recommend a bakery that will understand and deliver on this request? I mean TOTALLY flourless...the person is allergic.

Try complete deelite on Lan Kwai Fong, www.completedeelite.com I am sure they will able to do somehting for you as they run classes and bake cakes for parties and are a major supplier of wilton cake decorating supplies. The kitchen is right there in the shop. Their flyer says theyd o vegetarian, vegan and eggless so I am sure they can do flourless as well.
