anyone know of any skillful/experienced manicurist and pedicurist? i've tried a few places, prices are not cheap here but the service/skills not very good. some either 'over cut' the cuticle or nails, or they don't file/paint the nails properly, if u know what i mean.

Try Lilian at Paul Gerrard. 2869-4408. She has lots of expat clients. She is excellent and gentle. She doesn't overcut the cuticles and does a fantastic job with French manicure/pedicure.
