I've done mine one for 180 (cut + blowdry) at the local salon and the stylist is a english speaker.

Which district would you prefer? I've tried one in T.S.T called Coiffure Salon. It's only $118 for cut & blowdry. You can call them at 2722 7999 if you wanna try it.

you can get a cut and blow dry for around $300 at Il Colpa in IFC. Both Western and Chinese stylists. Very good.
