Hi
PreNatal Classes - group or private?
We are clueless, so we definately need the classes!! But just not sure which ones...
1. We both work, and travel for work and are finidng it challenging to fit 'scheduled' classes into our busy schedules (yes, we know this will change in a few months, but for now we are still busy!).
Is there a real benefit to going to a group class? Or is a private class okay?
I guess what I mean is it more about learning things or socialising with others?
2. We are debating between Annerly Midwives, Adventist and Matilda.
Any comments on those?
Thanks very much for your thoughts.
Some friends have said the group class they had 20 years ago in London has given them friends they are still close with, others in HK have said private lessons were more flexible to their schedules.
We are really undecided and appreciate your thoughts/comments/advice.

Most people I have talked to get a lot out of the social aspects of the class and make a lot of new friends who will have babies around the same age and can form support when baby baby issues come to the forefront. But if you can't make it to the group classes it is still important for you both to get an idea of what to expect during the pregnancy, labour and during the early days as you become a family - no matter where you choose to go.
