typist with a typewriter for completing forms

Does anyone know of a typist who has a typewriter (not a computer) who can type 12 - 16 pages filling in forms for me? Most business centres will only help if one is a tenant there. I will pay well.

Can you not scan your pages and fill in the blanks using a drawing program over the pages? - you can do it on a Mac using clarisworks and graphic converter - do it all the time.
