Migraines Specialist in HK?

Does anyone know of any? My husband had another bad attack last night.

I want to know too, any suggestions ?

do you know if the stress is caused by work...ie mental stress?


to get rid of the attack - your family physician will provide pain relief pills.


however, you should try to figure out the root of his headaches. for examples, stress from work, food allergies, not sleeping at regular times, not enough exercise, not eating regularly, diet...etc...


also, get a scan just to make sure there are no blockage anywhere.


also, to stop them for recurring, try going to see a registered massage therapist. the ones from canada are expensive but worth every cent.

they have to undergo a 2-3 year intensive training program.


the massage feels nothing like the ones you can get anywhere in happy valley.

it's like comparing excellent french wine to the cheap ones you can buy at your local grocery store.
